Origins of the REDBOA
In 2006 they gather in Santiago, the directors of newspapers Chile (Florencio Ceballos) and Argentina (Jorge Feijoó) officers and the idea of setting up an organization.
The same year he instructs the Chilean Eduardo Vío, Counselor of the CJI/OAS, proposed the idea of a Regional official bulletin of Latin America (originally Northern and then BORA).
In 2007, in San Salvador, during the regular session 70 °, the Inter-American Juridical Committee of the OAS resolution "CJI/RES.117 (LXVIII-O/07)" rules: "Express their support and congratulations for the initiative" and recommended Accessories:
(a) 4 languages of the continent must be used.
(b) replace the BOREAL name by BORA.
On February 27, 2007 signing of the Act of agreement, which is the network of newspapers and bulletins official of AMERICA (REDBOA), among the official newspapers of Argentina and Chile.
In September 2008 (Madrid, Spain), they are invited by the BOE and attend the European Forum of Official Gazettes, official journals: Brazil (Sao Paulo), Chile and Mexico. Taking the opportunity conversations are carried out to make the first American Forum.
In October 2008, the Secretary-General (Carlos Orellana) is mandated to travel to the OAS (Washington) in order to establish a cooperation agreement.
