Its partners are organized in different legal structures, such as corporations, regulators, public companies and departments. Since its inception, the main objective of ABIO has been the institutional strengthening of the official printing companies nationwide, which has enabled to avoid pressures at parliamentary level with respect to the generation and modification of laws that deal with matters of public interest.
The Brazilian Association of official printers is structured in the following way:
A President, first Vice-President, second Vice-President, Secretary General, 5 regional directors, Fiscal Council, international relations Secretary and Executive Secretary.
Through Executive and technical meetings, ABIO has managed to interact with legislators federal, unify lines of action, identify common problems, disclose solutions found, open spaces for visits of knowledge and learning among partners of the various technical areas.
At its upcoming extraordinary meeting, ABIO will vote on the proposal of its new statute, which is being modified to resolve inconsistencies and adapt to current Brazilian reality that demands greater transparency.
