In the framework of the meeting of the 7th Forum of official American newspapers, was the transfer of the Presidency of the REDBOA, where Ms. Felisa Moreno, President of printing press official of the State of São Paulo, Brazil, handed over the command of this organization to the Director of the daily official of Chile, Mr. Carlos Orellana, who will assume this role for the next 24 months. The transfer of the Presidency took place during the closing ceremony of the 7th Forum and attended by the Undersecretary of the Interior Mr. Mahmud Aleuy and Chief of the Division legal of the Ministry of Interior Mr. Luis Correa.

On behalf of my country, I want to thank and commit my greatest effort and limited capacity to work in the exaltation of this beloved organization.
